LaDon joined Vision Investment Planning Group in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in banking, insurance, and financial services. Drawn to the firm's commitment to serving clients with integrity and building lifelong relationships, she found a team whose values aligned with her own and the opportunity to combine her industry experience with her passion for helping others.

Outside of the office, LaDon is a proud mom of five children spanning every stage of life—from college to youth sports—which means there's rarely a dull moment. When she's not cheering from the sidelines or planning family celebrations, LaDon enjoys creating beautiful spaces through event planning and interior decorating. She also enjoys exploring new destinations, discovering local cuisine, and growing in her faith. Wherever she goes, LaDon brings warmth, positivity, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
